The hotel offers a serene atmosphere with a warm and welcoming staff, ensuring a pleasant experience. cleanliness standards in the Junior Suite were less than ideal upon check-in, though staff promptly addressed the issues. a lovely hotel worth considering for your stay.

The executive room offered a cozy, minimalist vibe with modern furnishings that felt fresh and clean. The location boasts easy access to metro stations and attractions, nestled nicely on a quiet street, making it a peaceful retreat after a day out.
The breakfast spread was basic, featuring a small buffet where certain items ran out if you arrived late. Some quirks need addressing, like the absence of EU outlets and USB A/C options. if you require a spacious hotel experience, this place may feel a bit cramped at times. The corridors are dark and narrow, making navigation slightly tricky, especially if you're carrying luggage. the amenities might leave you wanting a bit more, but it's not a total loss if you're just looking for a place to crash.

The Japanese influences at the hotel's restaurant make for a unique experience, especially their breakfast menu that stands out from typical offerings. The lounge bar creates a chill vibe, ideal for unwinding after a hectic day exploring nearby attractions.
The corridors felt a bit dark and could use more lighting, which might not sit well with everyone. I encountered some delays during check-out due to issues with billing that could have been smoother, slightly overshadowing an otherwise pleasant stay. air conditioning wasn’t up to par, impacting comfort, especially on warmer nights.

Loved the Japanese influences at Tokii—must try the breakfast menu! The hotel’s lounge bar is a chilled vibe to unwind after a day of London exploring. Plus, how about that easy stroll to Hyde Park for a little leafy respite?
Arriving at a posh hotel and no doorman in sight? A bit off for a £500 stay! The darkish corridors and needing to queue for a room? Not quite the royal welcome I expected.

The location couldn’t be better, just a short stroll to Hyde Park and Oxford Street. The staff really stood out. Super friendly and always willing to help. I especially loved the little touches like a welcome drink upon arrival and the quick response when I asked for extra milk in the room. The room was spacious, which was a nice surprise. It felt bright and airy, with comfortable bedding that ensured a good night's sleep. the bathroom experience wasn’t as great. The shower’s temperature fluctuated a bit, making it tricky to get comfortable, though the staff fixed it quickly. The dining options varied. breakfast was decent, but I expected more choices for a five-star venue. Missing out on Japanese pastries left me a bit disappointed. the restaurant's service was inconsistent. some meals took longer than expected. Despite these hiccups, I found the overall atmosphere relaxing and enjoyed the Japanese influences throughout. The gym facilities were a bonus too, really nice for a hotel workout. I'd come back, but a few tweaks could elevate the overall experience.

Amazing stay for a special occasion!
So we stayed for my husband's b-day, and wow! The welcome was super warm, and they went all out with the room decor and sweet treats. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud! We also had a fab meal at the restaurant – seriously, that pork belly was to die for. Just wish the AC had worked better during our visit.
